Hi, my name is Simone and I have been a qualified chef for 30 years now. I have worked both here in Australia and overseas. I have owned a couple of cafe’s in Brisbane for 8 years but after working 7 days a week and very long hours we decided to sell so I could concentrate on my family and my love of cake making and decorating. I have been making and decorating cakes now for about 17 years and love it. I love how cakes make people happy!
